This Return & Refund Policy applies to all mining hardware, including ASIC miners, miner parts and accessories purchased from WOLF-Mining (https://wolf-mining.com). By completing any purchase or order confirmation, the customer fully agrees and accepts the following policy terms.
1. All Sales Are Final (No Return & No Refund)
Cryptocurrency mining machines are specialized industrial commercial equipment, not ordinary consumer electronics.
Due to the special characteristics of the mining industry:
- Cryptocurrency market prices fluctuate rapidly every day
- Miner equipment prices change in real time with market conditions
- Mining difficulty, revenue and market risks are completely borne by the buyer
All sales are final. We DO NOT support any returns, exchanges, order cancellations, or refunds after order confirmation and shipment.
We do not accept returns for any personal reasons, including but not limited to:
- Customer changes mind or no longer needs the machine
- Market price drop, coin price fluctuation, income change
- Wrong model selection by customer
- Personal expected profit not achieved
Once purchased, the order cannot be returned or refunded. If the customer no longer needs the equipment, the customer shall independently resell the machine through personal channels.
2. After-Sales Warranty Rules (Only Factory Official Warranty)
We do not provide store-level return or exchange services.
All miner equipment only enjoys official manufacturer factory warranty service (such as Bitmain, Whatsminer, Avalon official warranty rules).
Within Warranty Period
If the machine has quality failures or technical problems during the official factory warranty period, we will assist the customer in applying for official factory maintenance and after-sales repair service according to the brand’s official process.
Out of Warranty Period
Once the original factory warranty expires:
- No free maintenance service is provided
- All repair costs, accessory fees, labor fees and shipping fees shall be fully paid by the customer
3. No Refund Due to Market Fluctuation
Mining machine pricing and crypto market trends are highly volatile and uncontrollable.
Price changes after payment or shipment will not be used as a reason for refund, price adjustment, compensation or return.
The customer fully acknowledges and accepts the investment risks of the mining industry before purchasing.
4. Delivery & Handover Confirmation
Our inventory is located in the United States, Dubai, Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Dongguan.
After confirming the stock source and completing delivery/handover at the local warehouse, the equipment risk and market fluctuation risk are completely transferred to the buyer.
5. Damage Caused by Human Factors Not Covered
The official factory warranty and after-sales service do not cover failures caused by:
- Improper installation or incorrect operation
- Overclocking, unauthorized firmware modification
- Water damage, burnout, physical damage
- Unstable power supply or improper environment
Man-made damage will be repaired at the customer’s own expense.
6. Final Explanation Right
WOLF-Mining reserves the final interpretation right of all after-sales and transaction rules.
