This Shipping Policy applies to all product orders, equipment transactions and international delivery services provided by WOLF‑Mining (https://wolf‑mining.com). By submitting an inquiry or placing an order with us, you agree to the following shipping, delivery, customs and logistics terms.
1. Multiple Global Stock Locations
WOLF‑Mining holds inventory across multiple locations: United States, Dubai, Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Dongguan. After confirming your order through our communication, we will ship your mining hardware from the available stock location where your ordered miner model is in stock. Shipment origin will be confirmed with you before processing the order. All ASIC miners including Antminer, Whatsminer, AvalonMiner and related accessories are dispatched from these local stock points.
2. Shipping Cost Responsibility
All shipping fees, freight charges, cargo insurance, import duties, taxes and local handling fees are fully borne by the buyer.
Product unit price does not include freight or tax. All logistics costs will be separately quoted and confirmed prior to shipment.
3. Two Available Logistics Solutions
Option A: We arrange shipping for you
We work with professional freight forwarders for mining‑hardware transportation. We can provide door‑to‑door service and double‑custom‑clearance service subject to destination country availability. Once the stock location is confirmed, we calculate and quote the actual freight cost. Buyer shall pay all related logistics expenses.
Option B: Customer‑provided logistics / Self‑pickup
If you have your own preferred freight forwarder: ‑ We will hand over goods at our confirmed local stock location (United States / Dubai / Hong Kong / Shenzhen / Dongguan). ‑ We can deliver goods to your designated local receiving address within that stock‑location region; or you / your agent may come to our designated premises for self‑pickup.
After physical hand‑over of goods to you or your appointed logistics representative, all subsequent transportation, export formalities, customs clearance, risk and costs become the sole responsibility of the buyer.
4. Customs Clearance Instructions
Our team can assist you to select suitable logistics channels and provide required shipping documents according to local regulations. Nevertheless, all import risks such as customs inspection, cargo detention, policy changes and local legal obligations are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
5. Shipping Time & Delay Explanation
Transit time varies depending on stock origin, destination country, flight / vessel schedule and customs clearance progress, normally ranging from 3‑15 working days.
WOLF‑Mining shall not be liable for delays caused by customs hold, government policy adjustments, bad weather, force‑majeure events, or incorrect address and document information provided by customer.
6. Shipment Confirmation
After goods are dispatched or handed‑over, we will provide you with waybill number, shipment photos and available tracking information.
