Transportation packaging:

1. Packing list: two cylindrical tubes, one controller, cable (without power supply). For details of the second-hand machine, please consult the salesperson.
2. Delivery time: First come, first served. The goods will be shipped within one week after payment confirmation.
3. If you have already ordered a PSU, please note: The PSU we provide is specially customized for our miners. Due to customer requirements for different types of plugs, the PSU you ordered does not include a 220V (1V) AC cable. You can order a standard IEC C14 AC power cable to use with the PSU.
4. If you wish to order a PSU with a power exceeding 1600 watts, please purchase an AC cable with a 3×1 specification, consisting of 3 iron cores with a diameter less than 1.0mm.
5. When making a purchase, please provide accurate recipient's name, contact information, and address. We will ship based on the information provided to us. You will be responsible for any loss or damage caused by errors in the information.
6. We guarantee the safety of the goods until they are in the hands of the transportation carrier. Once the carrier accepts the goods, their ownership will be transferred to the customer. Any loss or damage to the goods during transportation and import customs clearance will be borne by the buyer.

1. Miner sales differ from general consumer electronics products as they are customized according to customer needs. Please take note before making a purchase. The after-sales service policy is as follows. Once payment is made, the product cannot be returned or refunded.
2. The 180-day parts warranty begins once the miner is received. If there are any issues, please leave a C1 message on our message board. Our technical support team will contact you as soon as possible.
3. Please refrain from sending any machines or parts without first contacting the technical support team. Any loss or damage resulting from a lack of contact will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. The price of miners can be adjusted at any time according to market conditions, without prior notice to customers or price compensation.
5. The warranty period shall expire in the following circumstances: • The miner itself is dismantled, or its components are altered or replaced without authorization; • Damage caused by lightning, voltage surge, or poor power supply quality; • Circuit boards and components are filled with water, exposed to moisture, or corroded; • Circuit boards or chips are burned; • Overclocking.
If such a situation occurs, your miner maintenance service will be charged. For specific procedures, please refer to the after-sales process.

1. No order cancellations or refund requests will be accepted for this batch. It is recommended that the buyer handle the situation as appropriate.
2. If you decide to pay for your order with BTC or USDT, please be aware of the following: If the coin price falls after payment, we will not ask you to pay more. Conversely, if the coin price rises after payment, please do not request a refund from us.

Pre-order miner delivery times depend on the factory schedule. Estimated delivery dates are provided on the order page, but delays may occur due to production issues.

Shipments are processed on a first-paid, first-shipped basis. Once full payment is received, we aim to ship as quickly as possible. Payments via wire transfer (T/T) may take 3-7 business days to verify, while cryptocurrency payments typically take a few hours to 1 business day.

For new, factory-sealed miners, the warranty is typically 12 months or 6 months, depending on the factory's policy, starting from the production date.

The company is not responsible for issues resulting from failure to follow the provided instructions, specifications, or alterations to the product.

For used mining machines, there is no warranty or after-sales service; however, before shipment, we will provide mining machine testing videos to ensure you understand its performance. Once you confirm acceptance, we will proceed with full communication and arrange shipment.

Transportation and any other costs related to product returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.

The repair period will depend on the nature of the issue.

Yes, we only sell brand new, factory-sealed miners. Apexto Team purchases equipment directly from the factory, ensuring all products are new and unused.

Typically, miners are shipped directly from the warehouse without opening the packaging. We only open the packaging for testing if requested by the customer before shipment.
