Products ship from Hong Kong, China. For orders that have received full payment, ICERIVER will arrange shipment on a first-paid, first-shipped basis. Any customs delays or returns due to the lack of proper documentation are your responsibility. You are strongly advised to familiarize yourself with local customs policies and prepare all customs documents in advance to avoid any customs delays or unexpected fees. We provide delivery services to most countries with well-known international logistics companies such as DHL and UPS to meet customer needs. We are not responsible for the mode of transport. If the mining machine is returned to our warehouse due to tax issues, the customer will have to pay additional shipping fees. Upon delivery of the products to the carrier, our delivery shall be deemed complete, and ownership of the products, as well as the risk of damage and loss, shall be transferred to you. |
| Warranty |
A 180-day warranty is provided from the date of shipment. If the equipment needs to be returned for repair, please contact customer service to submit a repair ticket first. ICERIVER will only cover the shipping fee for the return of the repaired equipment. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser who bought the machine directly from ICERIVER. Once the mining machine is resold, the warranty will be the responsibility of the reseller. If the user does not use this product in accordance with the provided instructions, specifications, and conditions, or changes the device's functional settings without the prior consent of ICERIVER, ICERIVER shall not be liable for any losses caused thereby. |

Processing & Shipping Time
In-stock miners will ship within 3 business days. For bulk orders, please allow an additional 1-2 days via DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, or TNT.
Pre-order miner delivery times depend on the factory schedule. Estimated delivery dates are provided on the order page, but delays may occur due to production issues.
Shipments are processed on a first-paid, first-shipped basis. Once full payment is received, we aim to ship as quickly as possible. Payments via wire transfer (T/T) may take 3-7 business days to verify, while cryptocurrency payments typically take a few hours to 1 business day.
International shipping usually takes 5-8 business days, with remote locations potentially requiring 8-10 days.

Warranty & Buyer Protection
For new, factory-sealed miners, the warranty is typically 12 months or 6 months, depending on the factory's policy, starting from the production date.
The company is not responsible for issues resulting from failure to follow the provided instructions, specifications, or alterations to the product.
For used mining machines, there is no warranty or after-sales service; however, before shipment, we will provide mining machine testing videos to ensure you understand its performance. Once you confirm acceptance, we will proceed with full communication and arrange shipment.
Transportation and any other costs related to product returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.
The repair period will depend on the nature of the issue.

Yes, we only sell brand new, factory-sealed miners. Apexto Team purchases equipment directly from the factory, ensuring all products are new and unused.
Typically, miners are shipped directly from the warehouse without opening the packaging. We only open the packaging for testing if requested by the customer before shipment.
Is there a minimum order quantity for miners?
