All packages are shipped via Express DHL shipping service. We deliver in entire Europe. For parcels outside Europe (China, USA, Canada, Latin America and so) we use also DHL shipping service but the time of delivery may exceed 5 days.

Shipping time for packages
The shipping time for a DHL package, express parcel sent from Czechia to Europe, can vary depending on the destination country and the type of service used. However, generally speaking, DHL offers the following delivery times for standard parcel shipments in World and within Europe:

Warranty: 6 - 24 months
We provide 24 months product warranty (2 year) for defects for all end users customers according European Law, the clients originating from Europe.
Warranty covers all faults that happens during proper usage of products. All items will be repaired or replaced within 30 days period.
Warranty: up to 12 months for business users and companies.
To claim warranty please follow these policies:
The product must be used in accordance with its intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions for use.
The product must not have been damaged by improper use, handling, or storage.
The product must not have been modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or consumable items (such as batteries, light bulbs, etc).
The customer must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, in order to make a claim under the warranty. If you lost your receipt than contact us we will search it for you.
Returns:
All items are eligible for returns within 14 days according to Civil Code . However there are certain exceptions that are stated in civil code such as food, certain drugs, hygienic equipment, hygienic protection supplies, crypto miners, gold and software licensees
You are also eligible for returns if items are not working as described or if they are lacking promised functionalities.
After Warranty service
We provide after warranty service. We are authorized service repair center for ASIC miners for Europe, ASIA and America.
Offer firmware upgrades for ASIC miners is provided for 5 years after intimal item release.
Offer recycling services for products that are no longer covered under the warranty, allowing customers to dispose of their old products in an environmentally friendly manner.

Payments:
Ⅰ.
We accept purchases from most countries or regions, but the following countries or regions are not available for purchase due to logistics restrictions or local policies Russia, Belorussia, Mainland China, Afghanistan, Burundi, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Niger, Somalia, Syria, South Sudan, Yemen, Sudan, Central African Republic, Eritrea, Russia, Iran, and North Korea.

We support offline EUR and USD transfers or digital currency payments online. From January 2023 we accept credit and debit card payments for certain countries. For European customers Custom duty fee is already included in price, VAT will be charged selectively upon reception of the package based on destination country. For customers having VAT ID or customers outside European Union there will be no additional VAT charged by us. We accept debit cards only for orders up to 1500 USD.

About the products for pre-sale on April 15, confirmed orders during the pre-sale period need to be shipped within 8 weeks after the official opening of the sale. Confirmed orders after the official opening of the sale will be shipped 8 weeks after the order is placed.

We use third-party carriers to handle packages, such as DHL, UPS, etc.

Usually, we choose customs land transport for delivery service, and the time required varies depending on the destination.
If customers have faster timeframe requirements, we can choose air freight for faster delivery.

There is a warranty 6 months for the Miner and 12 months for the PSU. For European customers there are warranty 24 months for end customers. All European customers are eligible to pay VAT according to their country. This will be charged individually upon reception of their package.

All pre-sale orders are non-refundable. Please make sure you take your order seriously and know what you are ordering before you buy.

Processing & Shipping Time
In-stock miners will ship within 3 business days. For bulk orders, please allow an additional 1-2 days via DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, or TNT.
Pre-order miner delivery times depend on the factory schedule. Estimated delivery dates are provided on the order page, but delays may occur due to production issues.
Shipments are processed on a first-paid, first-shipped basis. Once full payment is received, we aim to ship as quickly as possible. Payments via wire transfer (T/T) may take 3-7 business days to verify, while cryptocurrency payments typically take a few hours to 1 business day.
International shipping usually takes 5-8 business days, with remote locations potentially requiring 8-10 days.

Taxes & Custom Duties
We offer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping to some countries, including the United States, Canada, Dubai, and certain EU countries.
If you require DDP shipping, please contact our customer service. For countries without DDP shipping or for standard shipping, we can help reduce taxes by providing a lower invoice value.
Customs duties are not included in the total price. You will need to pay them once the goods arrive in your country. Simply contact your local logistics company to settle the fees. If needed, we can provide a commercial invoice with a declared value of your choice.
Please notify us immediately if customs requests documents, as improper filing may lead to higher fees or delays. We can provide the necessary documentation.
Warranty & Buyer Protection
For new, factory-sealed miners, the warranty is typically 12 months or 6 months, depending on the factory's policy, starting from the production date.
The company is not responsible for issues resulting from failure to follow the provided instructions, specifications, or alterations to the product.
For used mining machines, there is no warranty or after-sales service; however, before shipment, we will provide mining machine testing videos to ensure you understand its performance. Once you confirm acceptance, we will proceed with full communication and arrange shipment.
Transportation and any other costs related to product returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.
The repair period will depend on the nature of the issue.

How long does it take to mine a Bitcoin?
The mining machine is calculated based on its daily output revenue, the time required to recover the investment cost of the mining machine, and the return rate, which is more valuable. There are many factors to consider when mining a coin, and it cannot be simply stated in one sentence!
Can I pick up the machine myself?
Yes, we offer self-pickup options. We have warehouses in Hong Kong, and the United States, so you can choose the nearest location based on your needs. Alternatively, we can also ship the machine to your forwarder's address.
Are miners purchased through you new?
Yes, we only sell brand new, factory-sealed miners. Apexto Team purchases equipment directly from the factory, ensuring all products are new and unused.
Typically, miners are shipped directly from the warehouse without opening the packaging. We only open the packaging for testing if requested by the customer before shipment.
Is there a minimum order quantity for miners?
No, there is no minimum order quantity. We cater to miners of all scales and understand that many investors prefer to start small before committing to larger investments.
Can l visit your warehouse in person before placing an order?
Yes, we welcome customers from all over the world to visit our warehouse. If it's not convenient for you, we can arrange an online video meeting or video call.
