Additionally, listen carefully for any abnormal sounds, and check that the heatsink is securely installed. Carefully inspect for any physical damage, and be aware of the risk of electric shock. Ensure that the cable connections are stable, and prioritize electrical safety during the setup process.
Keep miners away from water and high humidity areas. Maintain the environmental temperature between 10-35°C and humidity below 65%.
Keep the environment clean to prevent dust, hair, and other foreign objects from entering the mining machine and causing damage. Ensure a stable voltage supply and avoid plugging or unplugging cables while the power is on.

No warranty service will be provided if the mining machine or other components are crushed or damaged due to improper conditions. Damage caused by improper handling will void the warranty service. The company is not responsible for issues resulting from failure to follow the provided instructions, specifications, or alterations to the product.
For used mining machines, there is no warranty or after-sales service; however, before shipment, we will provide mining machine testing videos to ensure you understand its performance. Once you confirm acceptance, we will proceed with full communication and arrange shipment.
Transportation and any other costs related to product returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.
The repair period will depend on the nature of the issue.
